What We Evaluate
We evaluate 15+ areas of movement in your body which provide insights into your body’s strengths and weaknesses. These areas include:
- Shoulder mobility
- Forearm mobility
- Wrist mobility
- T-spine mobility
- Ankle/knee mobility
- Hamstring ROM (Range of motion)
- Lat ROM
- Pelvic ROM
- Torso ROM
- Glute strength
- Balance
- Athleticism (jumps)
Save Time
Our remote assessment is designed to save you time and effort on traveling. With TITUS, you can do your evaluation videos from home or the gym.
This assessment can also be done one of two ways, however you prefer:
- Live with trainer, via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc.
- Recommended: We send you all the movements with video step-by-step explanations, and you record them on your own and send them to us.
- We have found it is more accurate and easier to track progress this way.

A Custom Plan Built Just for You

Once the assessment is complete we build a detailed routine utilizing our expertise in golf, athletic, and human performance – all based around your timeline, level, and goals.
This regimen is then uploaded to your account in the TITUS Digital Training App.
Since a plan based around equipment you don’t have access to would be useless, we build our plan around the equipment you do have access to.
